The United Bass Anglers fished their second lightning filled night event of the 2009 season.  While lightning and thunder sent fisherman scrambling for cover, Jon Rosner and Erik Ruckdeschel morphed into lightning and thunder.  Jon Rosner fishing as a non-boater with Erik lit up the scales with 17.49lbs to claim his first ever United victory.  He also walked away with a little coin in his pocket thanks to his ground shaking 5.45lb kicker largemouth.  Big congratulations to Jon for his well deserved victory.

Not far behind Jon was his boater Erik Ruckdeschel.  Erik weighed in 16.59lb of green and bronze for a solid second place finish, and his big bag helped in move up in the AOY standings.  Obviously, Jon and  Erik were "on them".

Finishing in 3rd was Steven Duffe, who always contends for first in the Mahopac Night Event.  Duffe's bag tipped the scales at 14.29lbs.  Nice going Steve!

Wrapping up the Top 5 were Billy Kanwisher, who decided to make a cameo, with 13.95lbs and Scott Cocioppo with 12.86lbs.
